All about mobile phone recycling

There are hundreds of phones being thrown away every single day. If they don’t end up in landfills, they just sit there in the attic or in the drawer. Cellular phones use some of the most toxic materials known to the environment including cadmium, beryllium, lead, arsenic mercury and palladium. These are horrible components that shouldn’t be dumped in our environment. There’s a way to lessen the damage if not totally prevent it and this is by mobile phone recycling. We don’t only recycle papers, plastics and cans but also phones. I think that this is a brilliant idea to help the environment and other people as well. You’re not only throwing away some of your money every time you throw a phone but you’re causing further damage to our environment as well especially if you’re one of those people who switches mobile phones twice a year or even more. I have a friend and she switches phone every three months! I bet there are plenty of people like her.
